Sometimes our beautiful creations don't have the smoothest ride to their destination and get cracked or broken. If this happens to you please call, text, or email me right away with pictures. You will have 2 options if this happens
1. I will send you a prepaid label for you to ship the broken piece back to me.
2. You may keep keep the broken piece and I will make you another one for 50% off the original price.
You are always welcomed to try and fix it also if you would like.
A $10 charge may apply for remaking a live after custom choosing your colors.
