Return/Cancelation/Damaged Items Policy

We at Rusty Soul know that sometimes it can be hard ordering online. We try our hardest to give you the best possible shopping experience. We know that sometimes you need to return an item and want to make sure the return policy is as easy to follow as possibly. 

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all our customers. 

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and shipping the items back to us is the customer's responsibility. 

Store credit will be given for the purchase price on eligible returned items. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit never expires. 

All items you purchase must be returned within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the product. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 15 days of the date you receive it will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. 

Returned items must remain in original condition with original tags attached. This includes but is not limited to perfumes, animal hair, smells, stains, etc.

When returning shoes/boots, please place shoe box (if applicable) inside of a separate box or bag when returning. 

CLEARANCE AND CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. 

We do not offer cancelations of orders once placed. 

Damaged Items - Please inspect your items upon arrival. If there are any manufacturer defects that we missed upon packing your order, contact us via email: rustysoulwy@gmail.com. If we require the item back and are sending a replacement, it is the buyers responsibility to send the damaged item back.
